This weekend I made Iris a new jumper from some winter plaid that my mom sent us. I used pattern #6195 by New Look (kids!), I do not know if it is still in print but it is super easy pattern with six different jumper choices. It was a pattern that I had brought for summer dresses but you can easily substitute winter fabrics. Iris designed the appliques a big heart, then two drawings that she made for pockets with a fabric pen(which were her idea too, the original pattern does not have pockets). This one ties around the neck and is easy for her to slip on and off. Super easy and fun to make. When I can get around to it I think I will take new photos, the lighting was not great and it was hard to get Iris to part with the dress for a few minutes.
